Emma Credit Terms of Use

Congratulations, you have Emma credit!
- This is the Emma equivalent of a gift voucher, but for yourself/your business.
- You can use this credit towards a large purchase, or for multiple smaller purchases. It can’t, however, be applied retrospectively – you must apply your Credit before purchasing.
- You can use it for (almost) anything Emma offers (including 1:1 offers) – see below for more details.
- You can also redeem your credit during promotions and launches. If Emma is launching or there are any bonuses/early-birds/discounts etc. goodies available, your credit is directly equivalent to paying in cash/card, so you won’t miss out on any extras/discounts either 😉
How to Redeem your Emma Credit?
If you want to redeem some or all of your credit, simply email support@emmajohnsonandco.com and you’ll either:
- Receive a special coupon to use at the checkout
- Receive a custom payment link with instructions to follow
- Be given access to the offer(s) directly
Send us an email to support@emmajohnsonandco.com with the details of the offer(s) you’d like to redeem your Credit for, and we’ll do the rest!
At certain times (especially around launches!) we receive multiple requests to redeem credit but we’ll typically process your request within 24 hours (Mon-Fri)
If you’re emailing to redeem Credit within the final few hours of an offer or promotion, please be mindful that
- we are based in Brisbane Australia which is AEST timezone
- there may be a high volume of requests to redeem Credit at this time.
Provided we’ve received an email from you to support@emmajohnsonandco.com before the deadline, any discounts, offers or bonuses will still be honoured for at least 24 hours after we’ve responded to your request to use your Credit.
What can you spend Emma Credit on?
Emma Credit can be redeemed against (almost) anything Emma offers – minus a few exceptions (detailed below)
Emma Credit cannot be redeemed for:
- Subscriptions to or purchases for 3rd party vendor or partner products/offers
- Emma Credit 😉
Emma Credit is either valid for:
- A fixed period of time from date of purchase / issue (e.g. Valid 6 months from date of issue)
or
- A fixed period of time between two fixed dates, independent of the date of purchase / issue (e.g. Valid between November 30th 2023 and December 31st 2023)
The validity period of your Emma Credit is confirmed in writing at the point of purchase/issue.
The last day of your Credit being valid is known as your Expiry Date. Emma Credit expires at midnight AEST(Brisbane) time on the Expiry Date.
Any unused or unspent Credit will no longer remain valid after the Expiry Date has passed and will no longer be valid for redemption.
Expiry Date extensions will not be given, except in extenuating circumstances, that will be considered on a case by case basis.
As a courtesy, we send you an automated email reminder 60 and 30 days before your Credit Expiry Date, however please be mindful that it is your responsibility to use your Emma Credit before the Expiry Date.
Credit is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Emma Credit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by Australian Consumer law.
If, in the event of any discretionary refund on a purchase you made using Emma Credit (either in full or in part) any full or partial payments that were made using Emma Credit will be refunded in Emma Credit (not in cash). We will adjust Expiry Dates accordingly if necessary.
Emma Credit is Non-Transferable
Emma Credit cannot be transferred to another person, business or member of your team under any circumstances. Your Credit is yours and yours alone to spend.
If you have accumulated Credit Balances under multiple email addresses belonging to you. In this instance, we can amalgamate all Credit Balances under one email address, at your request.
We Reserve the Right to Remove or Restrict Emma Credit Usage
Where Emma Credit has been given as a bonus, a gift, a courtesy, a fun surprise, or under any other circumstance (with the exception of Emma Credit that has been purchased), we reserve the right to remove, revoke, restrict or otherwise make void Emma Credit balances in case of abuse or exceptional circumstances.
For example, if a payment plan falls into arrears, we may restrict the ability to redeem Emma Credit until arrears have been settled. These circumstances will be handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
How to check your Emma Credit balance
You can check your Emma Credit balance at any time by email by contacting support@emmajohnsonandco.com.
If you suspect you may have Credit balances under multiple email addresses, please supply all email addresses you currently have in use, so we can look up all your credit balances in one go 🙂
Emma Credit is also subject to our Terms + Conditions
